Fixed Focus Photography is available to shoot a number of events and special occasions.
We customize collections to your specific needs. Coverage starts at $850 and Collections start at $1600. Please contact us for current investment information.
We accept a limited amount of commissions each year to ensure the quality and attention to your wedding day. Please submit the form on the contact page with any questions you may have and to set up an appointment to go over details.
FAQ’s
1. Do you travel outside of your local area?
a. Yes, we are available for travel both domestically and internationally. Our current pricing includes travel of up to two hours from Orlando, FL. Travel outside of two hours from Orlando
may require an overnight stay and additional travel cost.
2. Am I able to print the photos anywhere I want?
a. Yes, we give you a print release form that will allow you to bring the disk to any photo lab of your choosing to print your photos. We also have a preferred professional photo lab through our website as well.
3. Do you have a second photographer?
a. We always shoot with two professional photographers to make sure we capture every moment of your day. There is no extra charge for this.
4. How long until I am able to view my photographs?
a. Post processing takes approximately four weeks from the event date. We strive to get you your photos as soon as possible, however we do not want to rush processing as this can have an effect on quality.
5. Do you collect sales tax?
a. The IRS requires us to have to collect sales tax on the quoted package amount.
6. Are you insured?
a. Yes, Fixed Focus Photography is insured for General Liability up to one million dollars and we are insured for Errors and Omissions coverag as well. Please check with your venue to see if this is a requirement for vendors. We can provide a certificate of insurability on request from the venue.
7. Do you require a contract?
a. We do require a contract for services. This contract is to make sure that every detail of your day is clearly written out and to clearly outline what our services provide to you.
8. I don’t need four hours of service, can I hire you for just one or two hours?
a. Please contact us for a custom quote for your specific needs.
9. Do you offer albums?
a. We offer a number of different album options. Please contact us for any special album requests and we can supply a custom quote.
10. Do you require a deposit or retainer?
a. We require a 25% non refundable retainer to hold the event date. This fee secures your day to insure that we do not book it for someone else. The balance of the package is due four weeks prior to the event date.
